RDPRDental India Private Limited (DentInsure) is an offering in India that promotes dental wellness by bringing awareness among the people on the importance of oral health and its impact on quality of life. These products are not insurance products or insurance offerings. DentInsure promotes preventive health and aims to make available oral health care at affordable cost by subsidising the treatment costs and offering discounted preventive oral health packages.
The preferred provider network of DentInsure includes third party dentists and dental practices of repute and having met the quality standards of DentInsure and have agreed to perform the treatments at a particular cost and quality.
DentInsure has a Quality Audit Committee that audits the dental practice in terms of quality of infrastructure, processes and treatment care. DentInsure does not own any practices or is the direct financial beneficiary of any treatments undertaken.
DentInsure shall not be liable for any negligence or misconduct of the providers. DentInsure on its best effort basis endeavours to ensure that the dentists engaged by DentInsure are doing so for a societal cause and in case any unethical practice is suspected against the practitioner, DentInsure disciplinary committee will de-empanel such a service provider from DentInsure’s network.
DentInsure allots the subscriber to a clinic without bias based on the preference of the subscriber. DentInsure does not hold any reservations for or against any practitioner. It offers the service provider’s details to relevant members only on the basis of the need and convenience of the member.
DentInsure reserves a right to de-empanel dentists in case they fail to adhere to the pricing norms or materially fail to carry out any of their obligations.
DentInsure is entitled to use the data of the subscribers for any research or epidemiological purposes. DentInsure appreciates feedback from its members (via feedback section and contact us section of this website) and ensures resolution to all fair requests and does not encourage the use of any public media/ forum with respect to any issues with the services offered to its members

- Your appointment can be booked with one of our 200+ partner dentists available in 10+ cities in India only, these numbers will be periodically updated.
- All plans and packages are non-transferable. However, one can also purchase a plan or a package to gift another person.
- We advise you to carefully read the details before purchasing.
PRODUCT PRICING DISCLAIMER
- Pricing for plans and packages listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label service products accurately, errors in the data entry and/or updating may occur.
- DentInsure reserves the right to cancel any plan or package in such a case where a transaction has already been made and the price indicated was incorrect.
- In the aforementioned rare event, a full refund of the payment received from the customer shall be processed with accuracy.
- All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees only, usage of international cards on the site may prompt the respective bank’s applicable exchange rate and charges.
- We have no jurisdiction on the same and/or any disputes/queries arising due to exchange rates and/or bank charges. The queries need to be directed towards the bank or institution that issued the said card or payment instrument.
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing only. The billing will be effective of the price of the time of receipt of the payment and raising of an invoice.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.

REFUND CLAUSE
If you feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
- If any annual subscription is cancelled within two days from the date of payment, the subscription amount is fully refunded except for taxes and bank charges. This is subject to the non-utilization of any dental services. There will be no refund if any services are availed.
- If any annual subscription is cancelled within a month, 75% of the subscription amount is refunded except taxes and bank charges. This is subject to the non-utilization of any dental services. There will be no refund if any services are availed.
- Special Dental Packages once purchased are non-refundable.
HOW TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND

RDPR Dental India Private Limited makes every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
